Antigua and Bermuda are a group of islands located between the Caribbean Sea and the North Atlantic Ocean, southeast of Puerto Rico.

Together with other islands, Antigua and Bermuda are part of the Lesser Antilles.

Of them, Antigua is the largest and most populated island. Bermuda is north of Antigua and is the other main island.

Redonda island is not populated, however it is a part of the Antigua and Bermuda country.

Most of the country's population are descendants of former slaves, who long ago worked in the sugarcane plantations.

Europeans also live in the islands, most of them are Irish, Portuguese and British people.
