In Bahamas there is a great variety of tropical fruits, many of which are well known as bananas, papaya, pineapple, and mango. Other fruits are not as well known like soursops, sapodillas y jujubes.

Fish and seafood are common food in the Bahamas.

Conch is a small mollusc shaped as a snail. It can be eaten fried, roasted, boil or in salad.

Souse is a popular dish in Bahamas, especially during weekends.
