Upon arriving in Cuba, you can get a map and then rent a car. Renting a car is the most convenient way to come across the wonders of the country. You can get gas in major cities. Try to limit your tour in the day because of several animals wander along the Cuban roads and cyclist also travel without any headlights. You should also try to make early reservations to avoid carrying a large amount of cash.

Another way to go around the country is to ride a bus or hire a taxi. Buses are more used in Cuba. The Via Azul (the terminal is in 26 St., Nuevo Vedado, Havana City) is the most advisable in all bus lines. It connects all the tourist spot in Havana with an affordable price but limited seats. So in order to ride it, you must book in advance of at least 2 days. Some regular buses called guaguas are too crowded and look like sardines in a can. Watch for pick-pockets in these buses. You can move easily in tourist destinations in Havana by way of renting a taxi cab. Panataxi is the cheapest. The railways in Cuba are not dependable because it does not have cars beds or cars restaurants that would suit the long way of travel. Main cities and destinations tourist have airport and air connection with Havana.

The communications in Cuba are vastly growing. The usage of cell phones is growing from time to time. Internet access is applicable in all hotels in Cuba but locals are prohibited to have a personal computer or an internet connection in their home.
