Visa application requirements for Czech Republic

To further enjoy the ancient castle exploring in the Czech Republic, a visa must be prepared. Citizens of EEA, EU, Switzerland, Iceland, Norway, and Liechtenstein do not need a visa for tourism and short business trips. For short stays, visa is not required for Andorra, Antigua And Barbuda, Argentina, Australia, Bahamas, Barbados, Brazil, Brunei, Canada, Chile, Costa Rica, Croatia, Guatemala, Honduras, Israel, Japan, Macedonia/Fyrom, Malaysia, Mauritius, Mexico, Monaco, Montenegro, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Salvador, San Marino, Serbia, Seychelles, Singapore, South Korea, St Christopher And Nevis, United States Of America, Uruguay, Vatican, and Venezuela.

Passport should be valid for a time of at least 90 days beyond the planned length of stay in the Czech Republic, counted from the date of arrival. Registration of foreign nationals whose stay in Czech Republic that exceeds 30 days is required upon their arrival in the country. Children’s names under their parents are allowable if and only if their ages are 15 years old and below. Otherwise, a separate passport should be utilized.

Application of getting a visa must be made in person. Documents must be valid, legible, and complete, presented with photocopies. Application form is separated from the set of documents. Prepare application form completely and legibly signed by the applicant or his/her legal guardian for children, valid passport, a copy of passport, recent passport photographs, proof of sufficient financial funds, proof of valid insurance, letter of invitation, and proof of current occupation or student status. Obtaining a visa takes 10-14 days (maximum of 30 days).
