The recitation of prayers five times a day is a clear representation of its religion. This practice belongs to the five essential Pillars believed and practiced by Muslims. The announcement or calls for prayers are done publicly by mosques and the entire nation hears about it. During the prayer, prayers face Mecca as they unroll a small prayer rug. The Ramadan or the ninth month of the Muslim calendar is the time for fasting done from sunrise to sunset. During this special religious occasion, business establishments are closed until the end of the sunset.
