The best way to travel in Morocco is by train. Traveling by train in the country provides the fastest and the safest journey in the country. Most of the cities in the northwestern part of the country are connected by train. The country has a good railway station that you will ultimately enjoy more than the bus. A train expense is slightly more expensive than bus travel. Work is in progress to relay the southern zones, especially Agadir.

The buses in the country are very cheap, very slow, very dirty, very bumpy and very old. There are bus lines that are first class like CTM buses. It covers all the country with exact schedules and good organization. They go even in the smallest village and traveling on one of those busses is also quite an experience.

There are more than 5.5 million cellular phone users showing how popular it has become in Morocco. However, network service is better in the cities of Western Morocco. Internet is available in the country.

Postal service in Morocco is very efficient and the post offices are generally open from Monday to Friday. Newspapers here are published in Arabic and French.
