The north and south temperatures are different; with average yearly temperatures of 21.7˚C in the northern area and 24.1˚C in the southern area. The northern part of the country experiences cool temperature due to mountainous areas while the southern part encounters hot and damp days. Frequent rainfalls occur, so prepare your rain outfits to conquer getting wet. If you are interested with the rain that sprinkles in the rainy season, visit the country in May and June.

Summer in Taiwan is from April to November; apply sun block to help protect your skin to the sun-kisses. Moreover, about 28˚C is the hottest average temperature in the country, mostly in the month of July. However, summers in Taiwan also experience typhoons.

Sweaters, coats, and other outfits for cool days and nights are advisable during the months of December through March. Winter in Taiwan occurs from December to February. September and October are the autumn months; and March to May are the spring months, when the relaxing temperature perfects your vacation.
