Telephone is one of the important modes of communication in the country. In 2007, there are around 5.8 million telephone main lines in use in Venezuela. There are about 23,820,000 citizens who use mobile cellular. Over 10.7 million people are using radios in the country. There are more than 4 million television user and 66 television broadcast station. Internet users in 2007 are almost 5.8 million.

The public transport system in the country is standard. There are buses for those traveling long distance. Car rentals and taxis are also available in Venezuela. Caracas-Cua is one of the railways in the country that started in 2006. Some of the ports and harbors that operates in the country are Bajo Grande, El Tablazo, Matanzas, La Salina, Puerto Cabello, Puerto Ordaz, Punta Cardon and others.

Caracas International Airport is the primary airport in the county and receives airlines coming from several world destinations such as British Airways, Lufthansa and Emirates Airlines and other domestic airlines. Other major airports in Venezuela aside from Caracas Airport are Barcelona, Bolívar Kavanayen, Bolívar Santa Elena, Ciudad Bolívar, Guasdualito, Puerto Ayacucho, San Antonio del Táchira, San Cristóbal, San Felipe and Valle De La Pascua Airport.
