Health Care Ethics
Saint Louis University is devoted to providing academic programs and supplementary activities that will aide future health care professionals to enter their careerpaths with a global perspective. SLU’s Albert Gnaegi Centre for Health Care Ethics is dedicated to quality teaching, service and research in bioethics. In Madrid, the Centre for Health Care Ethics offers a three-week intensive summer course. Open to all major students, the three-credit hour course "Bioethics and Human Nature Through Film" utilises popular films to examine the social and cultural undercurrents that influence issues in bioethics in Spain and the United States.
