Blended Master in Interior Design

The Blended Master in Interior Design program at IED Madrid is a study program that enables students with specialized learning for careers in interior design. Students in this program learn how to creatively incorporate the senses to create interior design projects that go beyond conceptualizing design elements. Studied subjects include materials, furniture, lighting, and texture. This program is specifically for students with an interest in taking their existing interior design knowledge and experience and thinking of new ways to manipulate a space. Career projections include interior designer, special events designer, or creative director.

Program Duration

Undergraduate Degrees take four years to complete or 240 credits. Foundation Courses take one year to complete or 60 credits.

Requirements

The admission requirements for IED Madrid vary by program. Students are encouraged to follow the requirements of the specific program of their interest. Generally, students complete the online application, complete an admission interview in-person or via Skype, and pay all fees. Non-EU students must have a valid passport and student visa. Students from a Member State of the EU or another State party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area or Switzerland must obtain a Union Citizen Registry. Documents from other countries must be translated into Castilian or co-official language of the territory where the application is submitted unless otherwise noted.
