Sports Business
SLU’s sports business program can prepare students for a multitude of careers, including sponsorship development, licensing, front-office management, sports marketing and communication and representation. Students have the chance to complete an internship within the sports business industry for credit toward their degree. Saint Louis University’s sports business advisory board includes delegates from manufacturers of sporting goods, major and minor league franchises, foremost sponsorship organizations and sports agencies. As well as fulfilling the prerequisites for the Bachelor of Science degree, students have to complete eighteen credit hours of higher-level division coursework in sports business. The sports business program involves nine credit hours of compulsory coursework and nine hours of electives.
