A door to Italy is specialized in the organization of study-holidays and language programs and offers fully equipped classrooms, professional teaching and organization, such as a pleasant environment.
The standard and intensive courses offered by the school broadly respond to a lot of the necessities that students encounter during the learning of a foreign language. The courses teach how to face daily situations, providing essential lexical and grammatical bases and more and more complex in relationship to the degree and level of faced study.
The communicative method, favours a fast learning developing in all the four language abilities: listening, speaking, reading, writing. Beginner students, who don't have any knowledge of the Italian language, can gradually learn without translating from his own mother language. The communicative method allows the student to immediately express himself in Italian, and in real situations simulated in class through the use of techniques like role-play.
All of our teachers are young, mother-tongued, graduated and qualified, always striving to drive students in the learning of the language, developing the communicative abilities without neglecting reflection on grammatical structures. At school all the students find the necessary support and help to face all their problems related to the study of the Italian language.
The classes are always multilingual and the teachers favour the insertion of every single component to the group, encouraging him to actively participate in the lessons. All the classes are composed from minimum 3 and maximum 8 students. The small number allows and favours more communication and expression of all the students. The linguistic variety inside the group doesn't represent an obstacle to the homogeneity of the class. The teacher, using the communicative method, succeeds in fairly comparing with every student.
The school provides a wide range of solutions for housing.
All are carefully selected, located n the immediate vicinity of the school, as well in areas connected to the city-centre by public transport.
