The Representation of Russian Universities : Aerospace Technology for Latin America administers the non governmental "Aerospace Russia" partial Scholarships for a four years of study at an Institution of Civil Aviation Higher Professional Learning in Russian Federation in the following fields : -Maintenance of Aicrafts and Engines (Aircrafts Mechanics) -Maintenance of Aircrafts Electric Systems and on board Flight – Navigation Complex -Maintenance of on-board Radio Communication Equipments -Management, Marketing and Air Traffic Accountancy -Aircrafts on board Computerized Systems - Maintenance, Servicing and Repair of Electric and Electromechanical Equipment -Radio Engineer –Maintenance of Airport -Transmitting and Processing Equipment -Impuls Engineering -Internal Combustion engines -Power Supply of Airports -Lighting Engineering Aids and reserve power supply sources -Electric Engines and Transformators -Law -Accounting and Audit The "Aerospace Russia" Scholarships have been established with the assistance of an endowment provided by Russian Aviation Companies. The purpose is to identify and then to form a new international generation of Russian aviation technology oriented Specialists and to foster an enduring connection with the Russian Federation. The Scholarships are named in honor of the Soviet Union pioneering role for Humanity in the Space Exploration process. Few air educational institutions in the world have an own similar infrastructure: -Fleet from 20 own aircrafts of a high class: Antonov, Tupolev (including supersonic Tupolev 144 LL), Il'jushin, Boeing -The own airport having runways for landing of heavy aircrafts -Perfectly equipped classes and laboratories -Staff of high -skilled Teachers and aviation top Experts, many of them Ph.D. degree Holders -A Complex for habitation of students and Sports -Scientific library -The Medical Center -A Disco
