| Contact this school | | Description | | The Centro Studi Casnati, a group consisting of a number of major players in the field of secondary education and further education all recognised by MIUR, the Italian Ministry for Education, University and Research, is proud to announce the opening of two new courses at the “G. Brera” Istituto Alberghiero, our culinary school.
o Foundation Course in Culinary Arts
o Summer Cooking Classes
These courses are open to all those who, for one reason or another, wish to learn more about culinary art and foodstuff preparation.
o The Foundation Course in Culinary Arts lasts one full year and consists of a theoretical syllabus and three months of restaurant internships in Italy.
Participants successfully completing the course will be awarded the Foundation Course in Culinary Arts.
o During the four-week Summer Cooking Classes participants will learn about pasta, meat, fish, cheese, sweets, wines and much much more.

Il Centro Studi Casnati racchiude diverse importanti realtà nel campo dell’Istruzione Secondaria e Universitaria, una delle quali è appunto l’Accademia di Belle Arti “A. Galli”. Tra le altre, Vi segnaliamo l’Istituto Professionale Alberghiero “Gianni Brera”, autorizzato dal Ministero dell’Istruzione (MIUR), attivo dall’anno 2001/02 con i suo corsi regolari di Diploma di Operatore e Tecnico dei servizi Alberghieri e della Ristorazione per i due differenti indirizzi di Cucina o Sala/Bar.
Dopo una prima e positiva esperienza per l’anno scolastico 2005/06, l’Istituto “G. Brera” ripropone l’attivazione di un corso annuale e post Diploma, per coloro che sono interessati ad approfondire la loro conoscenza e preparazione nel campo dell’Arte Culinaria. Il corso comprende oltre all’attività teorico pratica, tre mesi di stage e rilascia, una volta sostenuto l’esame pratico, un Certificato Base in Arti Culinarie.
L’Istituto “G. Brera” offre inoltre la possibilità di frequentare corsi Estivi, della durata di quattro settimane.
