The University has an education mentality motivating free thinking and personal skills in a world in which paradigms are rapidly changing.
The young Kyrgyz republic, in the first year of reaching its independence, due to both its insightful governors and its glorified history, is marching towards its future with sure steps.
With the aim of educating the people force that is necessary for the country’s cultural, economic and social development and to develop the friendship between the two brotherly nations, Turkey and Kyrgyzstan, our university was established in 1996-1997. In its first year, it taught the preparatory class, and the next year the regular education was started. We moved to our new campus for the 2002-2003 semesters with the aim of becoming a world class educational institution.
