| No e-mail available | | Description | | At the meeting where Ph.D. Ion Smedescu announced the founding of the Romanian-American University, before the mass-media and Mrs. Agata Kooperman, cultural attaché of the USA Embassy in Bucharest, Mrs. Kooperman agreed with the creation and name of the University, recommending some universities in USA to be contacted and cooperate with.
It all started from the fact that in the United States of America the high education has as a support the general model of behavior of the American society based on the efficient organization of the activity, the perseverant sense of duty, cultivation of the working spirit, self-respect and respect for the others, honest spirit of competition, challenge the others and yourself.
