| Contacta con este centro | | Descripción | | St. John International University of Research and Culture(SJIU) was founded by Professor Piero Ceria, who, for 30 years, has worked in the field of education for young people founding and directing educational institutions of various types and levels that have always been recognized by the Italian Minister of Education and Universities. He is also the founder and president of the Scuola Superiore per Mediatori Linguistici of Cuneo (www.mediatorilinguisticicuneo.it), a school for translators and interpreters that is officially recognized by the Minister of Universities and that issues degrees that are the exact equivalent to those issued by three-year degree programs at Italian universities.
Prof. Piero Ceria founded SJIU, an international academic institution with a study abroad program in Torino (capital of the Piedmont Region) so that students from all over the world could get to know the history, culture and natural and artistic beauty of an area still untouched by mass tourism.
The SJIU building is in the historical city center of Torino and therefore part of an atmosphere of refined architectural elegance. Here, students can take:
- Courses conducted in English in the following fields: architecture, environmental studies, art history, languages and literature, cinema, design, figurative arts, business and economic science, computer science, political science, history, studio arts, mathematics and physics, natural science, sociology and anthropology.
- Language and culture courses conducted in Italian/Spanish/French/German for those who have the goal of learning these languages.
SJIU offers students with a solid educational background, some knowledge of Italian and strong organizational and interpersonal skills, the chance to participate in internships through agreements made with select companies.
