The Institute was founded in Perth, Western Australia in 1992 in response to the many and varied inquiries I received regarding all aspects of social and business etiquette and protocol as a result of my twenty years experience in military, political and diplomatic circles in Australia and internationally.
Expanding from the original program base, which was developed around the traditions of conventional western social etiquette, the program base reflects the awakening awareness of our very special place in the ever expanding current "world global village", encompassing in all programs, be they social or business etiquette, the concept of cross-cultural awareness.
One of the Institute's principal aims is to improve and further develop the standards of those participating in the corporate environment, particularly as they relate to the globalisation of world trade.
The programs and courses are designed to enhance your own knowledge of business and social etiquette and protocol.
