The School of Civil Engineering at Barcelona (ETSECCPB) of the Technical University of Catalonia (UPC) was founded in 1974 and in its short history has become one of the best known in Spain for its research and development activities. The School offers two undergraduate programs of 5 years and one of 3 years, and a number of graduate programs. Graduate Studies and Research in Civil Engineering. The Doctoral Program in Civil Engineering also offers the new possibility of completing the degree requirements using the English language.
