Description
Swedish Polytechnic, Finland takes responsibility for the regional demand for labour and the regional development as well as national responsibility for providing higher education in Swedish. Around half of our education programmes are the only ones of their kind in Finland that are provided in Swedish. Our research and development supports the degree programmes and provides a link to the labour market. Most of the 1400 students are situated in Vaasa (Vasa), but we also have students in Uusikaarlepyy (Nykarleby) and Pietarsaari (Jakobstad).
