Bucerius/WHU Master of Law and Business Program

Bucerius Law School is a small, private law school, based in Hamburg, Germany. The institution was established in the year 2000, as the first private law school in Germany. It only receives 100 undergraduate students per year, and only those who have gained very high grades at the German Judicial Examination. Because of this high selectivity, the institution is considered to be a very elite institution for legal education.

The Master of Law and Business offered at Bucerius is a unique program, which unlike other such opportunities offers specifically tailored coursework for students – both for Business and Law. Another important component of the program is the internship incorporated. It offers MLB participants the opportunity to apply the knowledge they have gained in the first six months of the Program to international business and legal practice. Furthermore, it represents to students a great opportunity to find topics for their thesis.
