The College of Toronto is an educational institution in Canada, established in 2004 as a private, non-denominational, co-educational school. The current program of the college offers high school courses from grades 9 through 12, with independent study also available. All academic courses are based on the guidelines established by the Ontario Ministry of Education. The secondary program is based on a credit system, which means that students obtain one credit for every 110-hour course successfully completed. The main purpose of the school’s academic program is to prepare students for college and university studies, by providing an advanced education in the areas of language, mathematical, scientific, social and artistic studies.
