The Community College of Aurora (CAA) located in Aurora, Colorado was founded in 1983. CCA has one other campus in Lowry, Denver and also offer online classes. CAA is sanctioned by The Higher Learning Commission of North Central Association of Colleges and Schools. CAA offers more than 40 degrees and certificates, which are transferable to most public colleges and universities in Colorado. Furthermore, CAA offers hands-on experience to students according to needs of business and industry. The schedule of classes is flexible to meet student’s demand, especially the “open entry” classes that are held every week. Certificates in sustainable energy technology, essential business skill, multimedia & web design, writing & translation and advanced computer technology are designed to equip students with the necessary employee skills.
