Description
Drexel University started its operations in 1891 as a research university in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States. DU comprises of four academic units and nine different colleges. DU offers more than 150 undergraduate, masters, doctoral, part-time & accelerated programs. DU is famous for its Cooperative Education Program, which is considered to be one of the best programs in the whole of United States. DU has good relationships with many Fortune 500 companies, for example Goldman Sachs, Microsoft and Procter & Gamble. The Times Higher Education World University Rankings ranked DU in the top 200 universities in the world. DU also won the United States Distance Learning Association’s award for its exclusive Distance learning programs in 2008. DU is accredited by the Middle States Association of Higher Education Commission.
