Global English Institute

The Global English Institute is part of Johnson County Community college, offering academic English as a second language (EAP) courses to ESL students, who are aiming to enhance their English proficiency and cultural understanding. The institute also operates a writing center, which is a free student and community support center, specifically designed to assist writers with reviewing, refreshing and upgrading their writing skills. Individuals have the chance to present their writing assignments and receive individualized feedback about what they have written.
