Independent Private College
Description
The College of Political Education is a non-profit organization focused on the subject of political understanding. The one-month course provided by the college is completely free of charge, and includes electronic learning materials as well as a couple of course papers to read and complete. The course finishes with a one hundred question exam requiring a pass rate of at least 75%. In the end, students are issued an accredited certificate of recognition in French, which clearly states the students’ level of understanding and the concepts they have employed. In order to have access to this free course, all students have to do is register at the college’s web site.
