Richmond Vale Academy trains international volunteers from all over the world in theoretical and practical skills into qualified Development Instructors. The training programs include a 6 month practical training period, during which they work in a Development Project in Latin America. At the end of the programs the participants receive a recognised (ECTS) certificate, as Distance Learners with One World University.
