The campuses of Northumbria University provide a high quality environment for the school’s students; an environment featuring a vibrant and friendly atmosphere that helps students feel right at home.  In investing in its goal to provide a high-quality student experience, the main Newcastle City Center Campus has recently undergone a stunning transformation, thanks in large part to a £200 million investment.

The newest section of the Campus, connected by tree-lined walkways, has won over 20 awards for design and sustainability. In addition to providing the most up-to-date teaching, learning and research facilities, students can also access the extensive library and the school’s IT resources 24/7.

The University of Northumbria at Newcastle offers a wide array of choices when it comes to student accommodation, and their flagship Sport Central facility caters to all students, from performance athletes to individuals who just want to try out a fitness class. Northumbria won the national WhatUni Student Choice Award in 2014 for the best city life of any university in the United Kingdom.

In addition to the main campus at Newcastle, the University of Northumbria also boasts their Coach Lane and London campuses.

The nearby Coach Lane Campus is home to students studying for degrees and certificates in the areas of education, nursing, healthcare and social work. It hosts the school’s Clinical Skills Center, as well as cafes and sports facilities, and is linked to the City Center Campus by a free shuttle bus that is in service at all hours of the day and night.
