Description
ESADE Language School was founded more than 40 years ago. This small school gradually evolved, both in terms of the number of languages taught and the number of students and teachers, becoming what is today the Executive Language Center. One thing that has not changed is the commitment to high quality education, with rigorous standards and a very high level of professionalism. They were the principles upon which this center was founded and continue being our priority in the present. The Spanish Department was set up 30 years ago, in 1978. Originally created as a small section within the Language School, it grew over time – both in range of programmes as well as faculty – to become a benchmark for teaching Spanish as a second and foreign language. The broad training base of the Department’s teachers has left its mark on the courses they teach. Some have worked on reference books for Spanish teachers, such as the Diccionario de Términos Clave de ELE published by the Cervantes Institute’s Virtual Centre, and regularly participate in forums, seminars and conferences on teacher training. The Spanish Business Seminar, one of the training programmes offered since 1995 in collaboration with the Cervantes Institute, is recognised by Spanish-teaching professionals for its variety and up-to-date contents, in addition to the experience and quality of its speakers. ESADE-Executive Language Center is located in Building 3 of ESADE. Its top quality premises include air-conditioned classrooms equipped with the latest technology, interactive corridors with free Internet access, computer room, learning center and library, bank and travel agency, cafeteria and restaurant with two beautiful terraces with breathtaking views over the city.

Spanish Intensive Courses (all year): 10 levels, four week tuition, 25 hours a week, start every month, class from 9:30 to 14:00. Semi-intensive courses (all year): start every term, 2 days of class per week, 2 hours of class per day. Business Spanish Modules (July & October), especially designed for young professionals, consist of 1-4 one week modules each covering different business topic (intercultural relations, job interview, meetings & presentations, negotiations in spanish) , class from 9:30 to 12:30. Combined Courses (all year ) mornigs-group classes, afternoons-individual classes (focus on Business Spanish or Spanish for Law),1 or 2-week long. Tailor-made courses(all year): specially designed to cover particular needs of companies and individuals. DELE Exam Preparation Courses: 4 weeks, 10 hours per week, three levels: basic, intermediate, superior. DELE Exam.

The Spanish Intensive Courses are offered at 780 euros per 80 hours. Semi-intensive Courses (all year): 785 euros. Spanish Business Modules: 250 euros/module. Fee per module can go down to 220 euros when taking initially more than 1 module. Combined courses: 1.200 euros/1week, 2.400 euros/2weeks. DELE Exam Preparation Course: 820 euros (exam fees included).
