Admission Requirements:
To be admitted at the University of Montevideo, International Students should comply with the following prerequisites: 1. Complete the application form and send it to the Office of International Affairs. 2. Send the official home university transcript and one (1) academic letter of reference. 3. Short essay (about 200 words) stating the reasons for studying at the UM. 4. Photocopy of Passport. 5. Study plan at UM (a list of desired classes) 6. Language Requirements:
Classes are taught in Spanish. English courses are mandatory at the undergraduate level.
