The Division of Spanish and Portuguese Studies within the University of Washington is dedicated to the creation and spreading of knowledge of the Spanish and Portuguese languages as well as the literatures and cultures of Spain, Portugal, Latin America and US Latinos. The NW CÁDIZ program in particular provides an opportunity for American students to live and study in Cádiz, Spain, for one semester (fall or win-spr) or a full academic year.
