Master of Lighting Design
The Master of Lighting Design program at IED Madrid is a study program that introduces and prepares students for positions in lighting design. Students in this program become experts on the fundamentals of lighting design for architectural, interior/exterior spaces and projects. This program is specifically for students with an interest in lighting design for creative projects and architectural structures. Career projections include lighting specialists for events, stage, exhibitions and museum installations.
Graduate
The Master of Lighting Design takes nine months to complete or 60 credits.
Students must complete an online application, a registration document, a curriculum vitae, a cover letter Portfolio (up to 3Mb) / Website, some Autocad knowledge, a personal interview,a photocopy of DNI, NIE or Passport, a certified copy of a high school diploma, the certificate of passing the University Entrance Exam, (only for students over 25 years-old), or the Maturity Test, ( for students over 18 years-old). Students without a high school diploma, who are obtaining their baccalaureate, must provide a certificate of enrollment in the second year of the program during the academic year. Students between the ages of nineteen and twenty-five may register for the Access Test if they do not have a certificate of passing the Maturity Test. Applicants should also have some academic experience (diploma, degree(s)) in art or design,
