Bircham University’s Entrepreneurship & Innovation program delivers all the sides required for the creation and development of entrepreneurial ventures. The program shows the techniques required for transforming organisations and creating innovation. It covers matters such as the diagnosis of openings for innovation and development, intervention activities and implementation stratagems. It reviews the key aspects of launching a business starting from producing the initial idea to growth and global expansion. It deliberates planning, marketing, financial, legal, control and human elements associated with the start-up, acquisition and/or operation of a small business, from an entrepreneurial viewpoint. Subjects covered on this course include: Information Technology, Business Entrepreneurship Plan, Business Marketing, Internet Technology, Customer Relations Management, Promotional Strategies, Business Finance, Innovation Management, Technological Management, Management Information Systems, Management Information Technology, Business Law, Entrepreneurship Leadership, Process Improvement Management and R&D Research & Development. Subjects account for 3 academic credits each. The Entrepreneurship & Innovation program is available at Specialist, Expert, Bachelor's, Master's & Ph.D. (Doctoral) Degree levels.
