Honours Program

As part of SLU’s Honours Program students, that are eligible, are able to develop an individual course of study that supplements their undergraduate major, earning an honours degree in that discipline. Undergraduates from any of the schools and colleges at Saint Louis University are eligible for the Honours Program. Complete the program and students earn an Honours BA or Honours BS degree in their discipline, a higher distinction than the traditional grade point average awards: summa cum laude, magna cum laude and cum laude. Students are invited to apply to the Honours Program before their first term and it is based on test score results. Existing students may also apply if they have fulfilled less than 45 credit hours and have a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher.
