Women’s & Gender Studies Minor
Suffolk University’s Women’s & Gender Studies program gives students the chance to consider the ways in which gender informs our ideas, cultural practices and social institutions. Students will investigate how gender shapes people’s perceptions of themselves and their place as individuals in the world. Suffolk’s Women's & Gender Studies minor is an interdisciplinary program which draws on insights and investigative tools from history, literature, the arts and media and the social sciences. Students can study the Women's & Gender Studies program as either an elective credit or as a minor. However, there is no Women's & Gender Studies major available.
