The English Language Institute is part of Jacksonville State University, which is a public institution of higher education, accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. The ELI is a specialized center, founded to help non-native English speakers achieve their academic and professional goals. Classes organized by the English Language Institute are specifically designed for those, who wish to continue their education in a college or university in the USA.
