Arts et Métiers (École nationale supérieure d'arts et métiers, ENSAM) is a French engineering Grande École and technology institution, headquartered at 151 boulevard de l'Hôpital in Paris and present on eight campuses across France, including Paris, Aix-en-Provence, Angers, Bordeaux-Talence, Châlons-en-Champagne, Cluny, Lille and Metz. It has about 6,000 students and 2,000 graduates a year.
Its main programme is a three-year course leading to the national engineering diploma (equivalent to a master's degree), normally entered through a national competitive exam after two years of higher education; each year carries 60 ECTS credits. It also offers:
- Specialist engineering programmes through work-study (alternance)
- National master's degrees (DNM)
- Mastère Spécialisé® programmes
- Bachelor programmes in science, engineering and technology
- Doctorates and continuing education
Several hundred international students join each year, through degree and exchange partnerships with universities abroad or through the school's own admission routes. Each campus has an international relations office (BREI) and a student residence, and the school takes part in Erasmus+ and in the Campus France network.

Students on the engineering programme are mainly recruited through a national competitive exam after two years of higher education (classes préparatoires, IUT or BTS); applications for the Programme Grande École and specialist engineering programmes go through the AMBition Ingénieur procedure. International students enter either through degree or exchange partnerships with universities abroad or through the school's recruitment routes, and the school promotes its programmes through Études en France (Campus France). Attendance at all classes is compulsory.
Every Arts et Métiers campus has a student residence; students apply through the student office (scolarité) of their campus. Places are limited, but most requests are met, and at Lille all first-year students who want one have a place. Students can apply for housing benefit from the CAF, and the school points to the ImmoJeune and Studapart platforms for private rentals. University restaurants or cafeterias are on or next to each campus.
