California State University, Dominguez Hills (CSUDH) is a public university in Carson, in the South Bay area of Los Angeles County (California, United States). Founded in 1960, it is one of the 23 campuses of the California State University system. Its campus covers 346 acres, and it had 14,262 students in fall 2024.
CSUDH awards bachelor's and master's degrees through six colleges:
- Arts and Humanities
- Business Administration and Public Policy
- Education
- Natural and Behavioral Sciences
- Health, Human Services and Nursing
- Continuing and Professional Education
International undergraduates whose education was not in English need, for example, TOEFL iBT 61 or IELTS 5.5. Applicants who meet every requirement except English can be admitted conditionally through the American Language and Culture Program (ALCP). The university has student housing, a study abroad office and ten NCAA Division II sports teams.

Scores are valid for two years. The test is waived after at least three full-time years of study in the US or in an English-speaking country. Applicants who meet all other requirements can be admitted conditionally through the American Language and Culture Program (ALCP).
