The 3,600-square-metre campus, designed for music, is in the Palau de les Arts Reina Sofía building at the City of Arts and Sciences.

The campus focuses on one-year master's programmes that start in September and run over fall, spring and summer terms:

All Berklee degrees are accredited by the New England Commission of Higher Education (NECHE) in the United States, and two of the master's degrees are also accredited in Spain in collaboration with the Universidad Politécnica de Valencia. Valencia also hosts First Year Abroad and Study Abroad terms for Berklee students from Boston, and summer programmes. Admission is by application, followed by an interview and, for Contemporary Performance, an audition. According to the school, 345 students from 55 countries enrolled for the 2026-27 year.
