The Centro Superior de Idiomas (CSIdiomas) is the language centre of the Universidad de Alicante. It is located in the Germán Bernácer building on the university campus in San Vicente del Raspeig, about 15 minutes from Alicante city centre, on a campus with around 30,000 students.
- Spanish courses: intensive, semester, Erasmus/exchange semester, special summer programme and tailor-made courses
- Pathway programmes combining Spanish with preparation for the PCE university entrance tests (UNED)
- English, French, German and Italian courses, some also online
- Preparation for official exams such as DELE, SIELE, CCSE, Cambridge, Oxford and IELTS
- Training courses for teachers of Spanish as a foreign language
The centre is an examination centre for the DELE and SIELE. It runs activities, trips and conversation exchanges, and offers international students an accommodation service with shared flats, homestays and university halls of residence, as well as an airport and station pick-up service and help with student visas. It also provides a translation and interpreting service.

Programmes

- Teacher training in Spanish as a foreign language

Housing
The centre runs an accommodation service mainly for international students, with three options:
- Shared flats
- Homestays with families
- University halls of residence
For international lecturers and visitors to the university it can also arrange studios, flats or hotels. A pick-up service from the airport or bus/train station to the accommodation is available.
