Colorado Rocky Mountain School was founded in 1953, just 30 miles away from Aspen, Colorado. The school provides excellent learning through a challenging college-preparatory academic program, an evening routine that links students with recreational activities and outreach programs. The school’s curriculum integrates three key dimensions: Academic, activeness and community involvement. The academic programs cover History, English, Maths, Science, Spanish and arts, coupled with athletics, work crews, wilderness and fall & spring trips. Furthermore, the (HS) 2 summer programs offer 45 African American, Latino and Native American public students across the United States to participate in the study of Mathematics, Science and English for three summers straight without any cost.
