The EASD Ramón Falcón is a school of art and higher design (escuela de arte y superior de diseño) on Paseo dos Estudantes in Lugo, Galicia. Its admission process is set by the Galician regional education ministry (Consellería de Educación).

At higher level it teaches two official four-year design programmes (240 ECTS credits), each leading to a Título Superior de Diseño that is equivalent to a university bachelor's degree:

• Diseño Gráfico (Graphic Design)
• Diseño de Interiores (Interior Design)

Both are taught in person and include external work placements and a final project. The school also offers vocational art and design courses: higher-level cycles in Photography, Ceramics and Printmaking, and an intermediate cycle in Screen Printing.

To enter, applicants register in advance through the regional process, choosing up to four speciality and school options. Those who do not meet the direct-entry requirements take a specific entrance exam, held once a year and common to all art schools in Galicia. The school has an Erasmus+ section for outgoing and incoming students and for teaching staff.
