Emerald Cultural Institute is a privately owned, independent English language school in Dublin, Ireland, founded in 1986. Its year-round adult school is at 10 Palmerston Park in Rathgar (Dublin 6), and it runs junior summer centres in Dublin and, through its subsidiary Emerald CI (UK), in the United Kingdom. The school is recognised by Quality and Qualifications Ireland (QQI) for English language teaching, accredited by EAQUALS and the British Council, and a member of IALC and Quality English.
