The Escuela Oficial de Idiomas (EOI) de Gandia is a public official language school in Gandia, in the Safor district of the province of Valencia (Valencian Community). It opened in 1986 and since 2012 has been housed in a building at Calle Jaume II 8. Over time it added sections in Cullera (2009), Oliva (2011) and Sueca (2014).

The school teaches German, English, Spanish for foreigners, French, Italian and Valencian. Regular face-to-face courses meet twice a week for two hours, from September to May. For Spanish for foreigners there is also an intensive face-to-face A2 course: two hours a day from Monday to Thursday (eight hours a week), running from September to January or from February to May, so that a full level is completed in half the time. Online courses are offered in other languages, not in Spanish.

Admission for the 2026-27 academic year took place online, from 18 June to 3 July and from 4 to 10 September 2026, with a vacancy period from October to 31 January. For 2026-27 the school states that no vacant places are left in Spanish for foreigners. Applicants who already know some Spanish but have no recognised certificate can take a placement test (test de clasificación) to enter a course above the first one (1A2).
