Grand River Academy (GRA) is an all-boys college preparatory boarding and day school in Austinburg, Ohio, in the United States. The school states that it has followed the same mission for 195 years. It teaches young men in grades 8 to 12 and also runs a post-graduate programme. The campus covers 200 acres, about 15 minutes from the beaches of Lake Erie at Geneva-on-the-Lake and 45 minutes by car from Cleveland.

Classes are small, with a low student-to-teacher ratio and personal support. The school's approach focuses on self-regulation, confidence and resilience alongside academics, athletics and creative activities. Students come from several US states and other countries.

Boarders live on campus with faculty and dorm parents available around the clock, and a licensed counsellor lives on site. Families can choose seven-day or five-day boarding, or day attendance, and there is a separate tuition rate for international students. Need-based financial aid is available through FACTS, with a separate application for international families. Admission starts with an inquiry, followed by a campus visit, tour or shadow day, and an application.
