HRC Culinary Academy is the premier culinary institute in the Eastern European region, providing education at an international level, affordable and accessible to every individual. “We teach with dignity and excellence” is the mission of HRC Culinary Academy. At the Academy we focus on training enthusiastic culinary professionals the right skills and personal values, in order to be well prepared for a successful career in the international Food and Beverage Industry. Established by HRC International, a world-leading training and career development company in the hospitality industry renowned for its hospitality programs, HRC Culinary Academy is a state-of-the-art culinary school, providing dynamic 2-year education to students from all over the world. The program is designed by educational and industry leaders and combines extensive hands-on training with upper class practice at fine restaurants and well known hotels and resorts in Europe, Middle East and USA to provide our students with high-quality culinary education for a successful culinary career anywhere in the world! HRC Culinary Academy program covers everything from knife skills and sauce making to budgeting and menu engineering taught entirely in English language to prepare culinary professionals for a placement anywhere in the world. The students train at a brand new modern facility, featuring hot, cold and prep kitchens, a chocolate lab, bakery and pastry labs, multimedia lab and a didactical wine cellar. We also have a 100 seats Demo Theater, which is home for some of the best chefs around the world . During their 3rd semester HRC Academy students gain hands-on experience in Talents restaurant, Bulgaria’s only training fine-dining restaurant operated by students. HRC Culinary Academy cooperates with Hotelschool Ter Duinen since Academy’s opening in 2008. Hotelschool Ter Duinen and HRC Culinary Academy share resources and knowledge with one common goal in mind: providing the best culinary education possible. Teachers from Hotelschool Ter Duinen will provide guest lectures at the Academy.The American Culinary Federation’s accreditation is also a testimony for the level of studies at the Academy. In 2011 HRC was awarded by Bulgarian Hotels and Restaurants Association for development of culinary arts and education in Bulgaria.
