ICSE (Instituto Canario Superior de Estudios), whose centre for vocational cycles appears on its site as Centro Integrado de Educación Superior ICSE, is an education group that has been present in the Canary Islands since 1979. Its main site is at C/ Franchy Roca, 28 in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.

It teaches 17 official FP Grado Superior cycles as dual FP, in fields such as administration and management, commerce and marketing, tourism, computing, sport, health, audiovisual production and social services. Most cycles can be taken on campus and also online (fully virtual) or in a blended virtual format; Producción de Audiovisuales y Espectáculos is on campus only. At Grado Medio level it offers Cuidados Auxiliares de Enfermería and Farmacia y Parafarmacia.

According to the centre, students start work placements in companies from the first year of their cycle. Its "Ciclo + Grado" route combines an official FP qualification with a university degree through partner universities, for example in England in three years or in Spain in four or five years, depending on the degree; partners include Universidad Fernando Pessoa Canarias, Universidad de Las Hespérides and York St John University. ICSE holds an Erasmus Charter for 2021-2027 and offers placements in other countries. Its own scholarships (Becas Fundación ICSE) can be combined with state and regional grants.

To enrol in a Grado Superior cycle (requirements as stated for Gestión de Alojamientos Turísticos), applicants need at least one of the following:

• Bachillerato (Título de Bachiller), or older equivalents such as COU
• A Técnico (Grado Medio) qualification
• A Técnico Superior or Técnico Especialista qualification
• A university degree
• A pass in the access test for Grado Superior cycles

Becas Fundación ICSE for the 2026-27 academic year (as listed on the cycle pages):

• Academic excellence: €500 or €1,000, for new students with an average mark above 8
• Financial need: for students with the lowest family income
• Special circumstances (large family, orphanhood, disability): €250
• Loyalty: for siblings or students taking a second cycle at ICSE
• Transport: €300 or €600, for students not resident in Gran Canaria

The scholarships are limited and can be combined with state (MEC) and regional grants. Application deadline: 15 October 2026.
