Kimball Union Academy (KUA) is a private boarding and day high school in Meriden, in New Hampshire's Upper Valley, serving grades 9 to 12 and postgraduate students. It was founded in 1813, and the school states that it is the 22nd oldest boarding school in the United States. Financial Aid

KUA offers need-based financial aid, assessed through the Clarity application, which considers a family's assets, income, expenses and debts; the school states that awards are not based on income alone. Aid decisions are released together with the admission decision. For early decision, aid applications are due on 1 December; for regular decision, 1 February is strongly recommended. For 2026-27, the school reports that it has reached capacity and the financial aid application window is closed. Contact: Director of Financial Aid, [email protected].
