The Faculty of Law is the law faculty of Lviv University in Lviv, Ukraine. The faculty describes itself as one of the oldest law schools in Ukraine. The university traces its origins to 20 January 1661, and when it was re-established in 1784 law was one of its four founding faculties. In 1862 the faculty opened its first two departments teaching in Ukrainian, in civil law and criminal law, and the university has carried the name of Ivan Franko since 1940.

The faculty offers a bachelor's degree programme in law. It takes part in European projects: within an Erasmus+ KA2 project it has launched a training programme for educators on the European and Euro-Atlantic integration of Ukraine, and through the EU4UA project it works with other institutions on improving syllabi in constitutional, administrative, criminal and civil law.
