Onondaga Community College (OCC) is a two-year public college in Syracuse, New York. It is part of the State University of New York (SUNY) system and is locally sponsored by Onondaga County. OCC opened in 1962; its 280-acre main campus overlooks Syracuse and Onondaga Lake, and a second location in Liverpool opened in 1999.

OCC is an open-access college and applying is free; international students who need an F-1 visa use a separate international application. According to the college, 85% of its students received financial aid in 2024-25. Through the Box of Books programme, students pay a flat rate for textbooks and technology. The campus has four residence halls with suite-style rooms, and OCC's 19 athletics teams have won 17 national championships. The college works with Micron Technology on hands-on training.
